Great Lodge – an idyllic setting in which to create the wedding of your dreams. We want your day to be special and unique and whether your taste is traditional or quirky, this family run business aims to support you in making your wedding exactly as you want it from start to finish. From croquet on the lawn to fairground stalls in the garden, the choice is yours.
Vineyard and Wines
Our vineyard is just over a hectare in size and the oldest Bacchus vines were planted in 1989. Since then we have added Pinot Noir, Seyval Blanc and Pinot Meunier grapes. The sandy clay soil, combined with the dry, sunny East Anglian climate, produces grapes full of flavour and leads to the production of delicately balanced award winning still and sparkling wines.

Accommodation
A courtyard of old timbered barns has been converted in to stylish wedding and holiday accommodation. For your wedding night or a romantic getaway, The Rose Barn has our stunning bridal suite, a spacious sitting room, galley kitchen and dressing room/second bedroom. The Cart Lodge is popular choice for groups of friends with 3 double rooms, 2 with direct access to a shared kitchen. Families love The Stables with a large bedroom with twin beds and a set of bunk beds, together with a kitchen and double room.
